BIgCommerce shopping cart modifcation

I have a website that is running fine, but its old school. meaning it has an old shopping cart and not user friendly. I want to upgrade to BigCommerce online store. The only problem im facing is that i have a brick and mortar store aswell, and i have gotten used to processing orders manually, and i want to keep doing that. So Would someone be able to modify the shopping cart in a way to just collect credit card info and display it to me so i can process it manually on the regular machine? instead of the gateway system and all that. If someone out their can get that done, please contact me ASAP. Thank you
