Design index page - PSD

I will keep it short and simple. I need an index page designed for a website and delivered in PSD. If the work is good, I will also need interior pages designed, all designs converted to HTML/CSS and a shopping cart setup. But for now let's start with the index page design. I will provide logo...you provide everything else. I will provide additional details via PM. My top limit is $65.00...this is for PSD only. Please provide relevant examples...I do not have time to sort through dozens or hundreds of links. Select a few of your best to show! 1st escrow is $15.00. After initial design approval, I will fund the remaining amount. Escrow released upon completion. I need this done quickly!
