I need a UI developer or a front end developer to do the following. 1> Create a JSPX file of the html code from a PDS. 2> Create a CSS file for the page. 3> Provide the sliced up images created from the original PSD that will be used i displaying the webpage. Requirements 1> the web site must look correctly in the top 5 browsers as listed in the link provided. [login to view URL] 2> The web site must look correct at the top 5 screen resolutions listed int he link provided below. [login to view URL] Work flow - I wish this work completed in the following way. 1> I only wish to pay 25% deposit 2> I wish to provide the artwork after a price has been agreed. 3> I wish to pay the 75% after the test page has been hosted and I confirm it works in multiple browsers listed above in the different resolutions listed above. I have attached a low resolution jpeg of the layout to the project.
