I need a promotional website for myself with the audience being foreign from a right to left written language (RTL). The website is quite simple. I will need a page about myself, some examples of my work and contact page. I would prefer the website in CMS in order to be able to make additions later on. I like working with Joomla but others can be ok too, I prefer freelancers with experience in RTL but will entertain offers from people willing to try and learn.
