I'm concerned with the scope of this project. It seems to me that you have 2 paths to choose from, and no real preference for Wordpress or IDXNetwork. I recommend that I begin with fresh Wordpress site using the IDXNetwork plugin for the Real Estate data (which is really just a few days of work), and then we discuss next steps. I think this course of action is your best choice because it allows you to get something you can compare to the IDXNetwork site without wasting a lot of time and money going down a path that might end up being wrong for your needs. The minimum bid for this job is too high for just the Wordpress implementation, so I've entered the lowest possible bid, and I think that it would make sense to complete the Wordpress installation, and then discuss which path you'd like to pursue, and we can talk about exactly which things you'd like improved.
