Adapt a bootstrap html template to .net mvc web site

I need a .net developer with a very good .c#, mvc, html+bootstrap and javascript skills to adapt a bootstrap template into an existing web site. This web site is under development, your task will be: adapt around bootstrap 6 pages into the .net mvc web site; these 6 pages will need some small adjustments, some of them are slightly different from each other and you'll need to adjust them to fit into the existing theme, so you'll need to have bootstrap and html skills as well; you'll have to develop a new functionality to manage banners in the home page. This will be a page where the user will select an image, set an url and save it. Then load it from the home page. Please show in your bid that you understood what I requested and as questions.
