Designing and beautifying my free Wordpress Blog-URGENT

So let's be straightforward here. I have a free Wordpress blog that looks like it's been run over by a train. I seriously need it designed and configured properly. You would need to use a free theme (preferably), add a background logo and some colour (so logo designing would be a MAJOR plus), as well as teach me a little about how to make my blog look really professional and awesome (in terms of design). Please note that I need trusted freelancers ONLY. So try to convince me with your bids as to why I should hire you. The requirements, in addition to Wordpress and Blog Design, are good English, the ability to work on time, and a creative mind. I will choose tonight.
