Design Wordpress template for international tour site

This project is for DESIGN ONLY. No development. Can you design a clean, elegant, and original Wordpress template? I’m looking for someone who will create a visually pleasing, easy to navigate Woredpress template design on Photoshop that I can then hand over to a developer. I would like the development to be as effortless as possible, so the design should stay within most of the visual specs of the Twenty Ten wordpress template. By this I mean that it must keep in mind and maintain its banner size, column width, etc. I want my developer to be able to modify the Twenty Ten template rather than create one from scratch. The logo has to be simple and be able to be reproduced at a very small size, such as on pens. The design will include: • one (1) logo • one (1) main page • one (1) tour info page • one (1) “tour dates” calendar-style icon • one (1) “tour cost” cash register-style icon • one (1) photoshop (PSD format), layered button design • one (1) ready to go “send” button IMPORTANT: It is a requirement of mine that whoever I work with can communicate well in either English or Spanish.
