Creation of ExpressionEngine template

I would to refresh a website look. The site is based on Expression Engine 1.7 and it is about live streaming content. I would like to have more "web 2.0" type of look and feel for the web site, with an eye on increasing usability. Currently there are the following pages active on the site (home, live stream page, content categories pages, informative text page, form submission, contact form, mini blog/articles lists, control panel for the users to manage their entries and payment subscriptions and check bandwidth usage). A first mockup should be produce and tweaked /changed as necessary until a final version is found. Possibly adding a few images here and there, specifically produced to represent certain operations of the site, currently described in word (thus not effective). You should have design documented experience. You should also have very good knowledge with every other aspect of ExpressionEngine, including scripting. This to guarantee a perfect transition/installation of the new template. Installation and testing of all functionality are be part of the work to be carried on. In case we cannot get to agree on a final version of mockup to be developed, a forfeit compensation can be predefined already, to end there the project. Please quote this amount as well in you offer.
