Calling Professional Graphics Designer

Hi Bidder, I am looking forward for a design of ICONS for a company who is offering a HelpDesk service. You will have to provide with 2 mocks up in a jpg out of which 1 will be approved and asked to convert into HTML. Most of the portion used in page will be provided including header/footer and company logo. Main area of focus will be design of ICONS and user name / Login Area. I have attached a sample page and a hand made mock up. only serius bidder who can deliver the job with in next 7-8 hours should bid including the HTML Candidate will be selected in next couple of hours.
