Change to existing Email Preferences HTML page from PSD

We are moving to a new email service provider. We are therefore changing our My Account ? Email Preferences look and feel as well as creating 2 new opt in/opt out pages. These 2 new pages will not be hosted on our own website but will be hosted on the email service provider's system. 1. The following new pages/popups should be completed (spliced into HTML/CSS/JS from the provided PSD files): - Opt-In/Opt-Out Page (hosted on email service provider) - Opt-Out Confirmation/Survey Page (hosted on email service provider) 2. The following additions/changes should be made to existing pages: My Account ? Email Preferences Deadline We wish to have ALL work completed AND handed over to us by November 7th. We would ideally like to receive work as it is completed so that we can inspect and revert if necessary, and also integrate it with our existing application. Format All completed work must be handed over in HTML, CSS or JS (depending on whichever language or file format is applicable). Where amendments to previously completed work are being made, the existing files on the staging server should be modified. When changes are being made to existing code, we either require SVN access ourselves OR a report detailing the exact changes that have been made.
