Asp.net design template

We are looking for a design template that is already written as an asp.net form and masterpage. The page will feature adsense blocks and I would prefer if we could store our adsense code in fields in the sql server so that when a page is refreshed, it will take whatever adsense code is in the server The site header and title will be pulled from our SQL server along with the article text which is in an nvarchar(max) field and formatted in RTF by freetextbox. On the right side will be a link to the second article, below that an adsense skyscraper block, and below that a repeater that displays the rest of the article titles and links to them. We want the page to look like [login to view URL] but with one large ad block removed so that the text wraps around the other. Otherwise, same color scheme and layout. To demo the template, you will just need to show it working on your test server and connected to your sample DB.
