Convert document to interactive web format (multimedia)

We wish to convert the content of a document which we have to an interactive format, similar to: [login to view URL] Features * The content has 9 modules * Integrate content * Enhance by using audio, video and images * Tests at the end of a module/Final test when entire presentation completed (we will supply the test questions) * User registration/Login to use the application * Track usage of the application to generate user usage statistics * Links to social networking websites * Allow content to be updated * Works across multiple web browser platforms/Operating systems. We know Adobe Captivate/Adobe eLearning suite is one tool which can be used to produce such an application, but feel free to suggest the most appropriate delivery platform.
