Convert Access database to executable

I have a simple Access 2000 database to catalogue recipe I have and would like to be converted to a stand alone executable suitable for use on most common versions of Windows (Windows 98SE and newer) without the need to have Access installed. It will be a Christmas present for my tribesmen and children. It contains data entry screens, queries, macros, modules and reports. I'm not a professional programmer, so I generated it with the Access build in tools. It is not my first job, but jobs I done was newer made to sell it. Also would like the following additions: - The executable has to be able to add new recipes. - I will change it in the near future for multilingual, so I need a tool (software) for future reconverting. I will supply the database to the winning bidder. I need to own copyright on this. Would be nice if you could give examples of similar work with your bid. Payment via Bank transfer on completion.
