Deskew and perfect tilting

Hello I want some one to create a simple programming for tilting all my images perfectly. I want 100% tilting. I want only professional work. I want minimum 90 images per minute to be processed. I have programmers to do the task and he is working on some other task, so I want to hire some one on this place. My price would be $30 to do this task and want to complete it in 2 to 3 days the maximum.
