Chat-app Codename(Blacksmoke) mysql and VB Express

I have been hired by a client to program a chat application for there orginistation But becuase it is a charity Non-Proffit orginisation i am not being payed for my work but i have came up agents a snag my partner was killed in a car crash so there for my main contact and help in the app is gone i have very little knolage about vb and my sql this job is to help finish the application work to get all the features ready for the first beta release Features Audio - Video - Text Admin Features and all good features of a chat app currently i have the app working but i needs a entire rework EG it needs to be made more secure and it needs to get rid of the featires that arent needed and the software needs to be implemented in to the my sql so it can display on the buddy list username if they are online or not and status messages Please Bare in mine as im not being payed for this i have very little money to spend on it Thanks Drew
