Create a Video Effect - Blend 2 video sections with special effect -- 2

I just need a quick video project - I am able to do the video - but want a special graphic..... (I have video looking inside an ice cream cup) and want it to swirl into the next video (as though the person is seeing the next scenes from the cup) and then I can take it from there. Super easy with the right program - all I have is Windows live Movie -and the only effect available isn't good enough. Will pay $10
