Create a Funny 2 minutes Cartoon Type Animated Promo Video

This is a simple and fun project. I need a creative person who can create a funny 2 mns promo cartoon type animated video ideally scripted and voiced over. The person should just create characters (cavemen like characters similar to the Flintstones maybe?) The video (destined to be uploaded in Youtube) must also include dialogue based on the diet book. Details of the diet book will be revealed to the lucky bid winner. Important: Please note that my budget is very tight (someone quoted me around $50 last time around before my posting was inadvertedly frozen which is around my budget - incidentally that someone should bid again - thanks) and you need to show examples of videos made by yourself.
