customer information tv channel solution (web tv)

I am looking for a solution to build an information TV channel like CNN, Bloomberg. A single screen output with multiple contents at specified screen resolution. The application will be Contents will have: - Video (single or multiple) - date and time - logo - RSS news scroll A perfect example can be found at [login to view URL] We should be able to que video files to be played, playback local files (.wmv, asf,avi, mp3 / other known video formats) or from a stream link & instantly control contents visible on screen. - must have push options to wowza server via rtmp:// and h.264, AAC audio. - full source must be released to us once project is done
