Creative VFX artist, compositor for a short film

Looking for a Visual Effects artist for a short film project and also for longer term collaboration, preferred from UK, but can be from anywhere. In this film we would have to visualise the human soul as a light effect that is already shot as a 2D footage plate. You would have to build a realistic setting, which is also a bit of a fantasy environment where we see a light effect with light rays and light arcs that are glowing and projected into the environment of a white room. The main character - the lady is speaking with her embryo before she considers to do an abortion. The brain waves of the embryo are visualised as a trembling human soul that responds to the lady. During this emotional conversation she is deeply touched and she might change her mind on doing an abortion. The effect should be really beautiful, might be a mix of CGI or 2D effect, particles, it can me anything as long as it matches the theme and looks like a effect made from light rays, and shadows e.t.c. Please send a sketch of your idea how you are going to do the effect. You are welcome to use the assets - footage of the light and combine it anyway you like.
