Design Document - PHP/MySQL/Ajax Project

I need a very thorough design document for a web-based PHP/MySQL/Ajax project that I have in mind. The document needs to focus primarily on the features of the software and secondarily on technical issues. You'll receive all information you need to compile this document from the following sources: 1. I've written a rudimentary 5-page feature description that I'll provide to you 2. I'll make myself available to you for personal interviews via telephone and/or IM. The end result of this project is that you'll provide a document to me that thoroughly describes the requirements of the project itself, which will include thorough textual descriptions, rough screen mock-ups, and usage flow diagrams. We'll also need for you to do some basic research so that you can provide links to existing websites from which we can borrow design/feature ideas. This project must be completed quickly - within 7 days of start. This is because we are urgently in need of getting this project under way. And of course, the winner of this project will receive very significant consideration (if you desire) for the job of developing this project after the requirements are fully defined. Please note that the winner of this bid MUST sign a very rigid NDA/non competition agreement, which we will very aggressively enforce. Further, you must be physically located in either the United States (preferable) or Canada. Please provide examples of previous design documentation you've created. Furthermore, we will give first consideration to those bidders who provide references that we can contact by telephone. ## Deliverables 1) Complete design documentation to satisfaction of the Buyer, as described in above Description 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Word document will be the output of this project.
