Comparative Reports x 5 websites

Urban Village is a Sydney based agency with a wide variety of clients who need everything from website design & development, SEO/SEM, content, blog market research, business analysis and article writing to small fixes and simple tasks like data entry and image editing. We currently need research and reports on a number of sites to be used to create a competitive analysis which will form part of a project plan and business model recommendations document. You will product a document that delivers the following: Comprehensive description of each site including: • Website overview – not in detail - 200 words to describe each particular site - how it works, who it targets, how long it has been established • Services offered - list each offering i.e.: rooms for rental, apartments for rental, houses for rental etc • Business model – revenue model i.e.: how pays, how much and when? • Software used/architecture - how is the site built i.e.: Java, WP, HTML • Benefits & Features- what makes each site unique - what is good and why, what is bad and why? You will have solid and demonstrable experience in market research, writing; reports, business plans, marketing plans and background briefs.
