configure amazon ec2 server with UK IP addresses, DNS hosting

I want to move all my hosting to amazon ec2. I am in london , however their servers are in dublin. I want best seo for all my customers, so I want a UK ip address. Apparently this can be done through DNS , but I dont have time to look into it. We build magento carts. What I would like is: 1. setup ec2 from scratch (i have an account) 2. make it with UK IP addresses 3. move 2 magento stores ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) to the new server 4. close down the old servers. Right now these are on VPS and they are very slow. 5. setup and supply all credentials, such as FTP etc. Obviously it will be linux. You will know DNS, Linux admin, and be skilled with DNS. I have control of the domains. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
