Collect audit fee information from 112 annual reports

I need information about fees paid to auditors in the financial year 2015. This information is found in the notes section of annual reports. The job is to collect information from 112 annual reports and enter the fees in a spreadsheet. For each annual report the following information should be entered (seven columns): Auditor, Year, Currency, Statutory audit, Other assurance/audit services, TAX services, Other advisory services. In a few rare cases, there may be two statutory auditors and I need information on fees paid to both respectively. I have a spreadsheet with information filled out from two annual reports.
