I have an APK that I would like to have created to a stand alone windows exe file. Its based off the Xtreme Codes IPTV Server. What i want is the ability for someone to download the exe file, open it up, enter there user name and password it then connects to my xtreme codes server and allows them to watch live IPTV (like the apk does)
