We are looking to get an app created that mimics Samsung Pay, Google wallet, and The Mobile Wallet with some additional features currently not available in any of those apps See attached features and dev document for more details. My budget is pretty firm on this. Time on this project is critical must be able to complete in 30 days with testing starting in 3 weeks. We are looking for the development of the Android application, to include full design of the application and source files to be created. We will submit the app under our app store account. We had originally posted this project to include an iPhone app but we have discovered that this is not possible because Apple has blocked developer access to NFC and this is vital for the app to function, but we do still want to develop the base code for Apple just leave comment out the transmission over NFC.
