connect facebook app via mobile web

my mobile web lets people sent wishes(greetings), so I want to add the option of the user **sending** the wish to post the wish he wished on his Facebook wall. so lets say Jonathan Rynn went on my mobile web and wished Danny and Pam (I do not care if Danny and Pam have a facebook account) for there wedding "I am so happpy for you guys wish you all the best". I want that Jonathan can choose to post the wish on his own wall like this: Jonathan Rynn Wished "I am so happpy for you guys wish you all the best" for Danny and Pam's wedding via MyFacebookAppName.
