auto upload script

we are looking for someone to write a script to do the following step 1) file is uploaded to ftp (glftpd) ftp uses a .sfv checker to verify when the upload is complete. step2) when file is complete glftpd should run the command [login to view URL] [login to view URL] /directory of upload /directory to store torrents step3) upon torrent creation completion script should auto upload torrent file to the website using the upload page on the site. ( should use the following variables 1 name of upload directory as name 2) section of upload on ftp as category and 3).nfo file for description ( needs to read this file and export data into mysql db) upon upload to website website will auto open a download window for the newly uploaded torrent script should auto download it to the rtorrent watch directory in order for it to auto start most of this is already written and working just basically steps 2 and 3 need to be done as our current files can not be opened for editing. ( current files included) complete server access will be given to the winning bidder as well as a copy of site code and access to site server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
