Create a new VB project Assignment 2B-xxxx-nnnnnnn in your H: drive, where “xxxx” is your name and “nnnnnnn” is your student number. Copy the file [login to view URL] into the folder Assignment 2B-xxxx-nnnnnnn\bin\debug. This file contains the records of mega cities in the world. Each line contains 4 pieces of data about a city, City Name, Country, population (in million) and area (in km2). Requirements for your Visual Basic project: The VB project opens file [login to view URL] and reads the data from the file into 4 arrays at the beginning of the execution. Then it displays four options in the start up form: Add new, Search, List All and Exit. When the user select Exit, the program asks whether to save the data or not, and saves the city data into a new file [login to view URL] if the user confirmed to save. You will need four forms and a module in the project. In the Add New form, the program accepts the input of four data items of a new city, and save them to arrays. Any invalid or missing input data should cause an appropriate error message. In the Search form, the program accepts the input of a city name and searches the City array for that name. If found, all other data about the city plus the calculated Population density will be displayed, otherwise an error message will appear. To List All the city data, the program should open the List form and displays the city information including population density (= population / area x 1,000,000) in a list box, with heading line and summary line (count of cities and sum of the total population), as shown in the following figure. When the user selects to Exit, the project prompts the user to save the city information into a file. If user confirms with “Yes”, the program writes all the city information from all the arrays to a file [login to view URL] in the same format as that of the input file. If the user answers “No”, it exits the program without saving the changed city information.
