Alter code of an existing project

I have a small C# program I would like altered. I have the source code to this program. Very simply I need the name of the program altered and the start and stop buttons on the program able to be accessed by clicking f12 and f11. F11 for stop f12 for start. This probably won't take more than a hour or two for a skilled developer. If your interested in this project, I can mail you the sourcecode before you accept working on the project so you can get a feel on what your working on.
