Build GIS software with database or (you can download from internet with maps), and this software receives data from remote sensor (RS) and determine the location for crisis on the map in GIS software after that the GIS software send the warning to social media like (SMS, Whatsapp, twitter, facebook ). I will try to explain the scenario by another way : if we have remote sensing on the Oceans and we have Tsunami on the Oceans or earthquake , the remote sensor (RS) sent the warning in the GIS Database and determine the location for the Tsunami or earthquake on the map in GIS software , and the GIS software sent the warning to any application on social media . Thanks
