Create an up-to-date driver for a graphics card so old it lost driver support.

I have a Toshiba Satalite A85-1072 with an ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 graphics card. The graphics card manufacturer refers you to the laptop manufacturer for drivers. And Toshiba's driver for my laptop and graphics card does not support Shader 2. And the latest compatible ATI Catalyst desktop driver I was able to convert (using a tool I found online) does not support shader 2 either. If it is possible I would like for someone to update the driver for my laptop and its graphics card to add in support for Shader 2. This new driver is for personal use only and must support everything that Toshiba's driver for my laptop/graphics support. This new driver must be made for Windows XP and optionally Windows Vista
