Abante Cart Design Template

Im looking for a talented designer to create a simple yet elegant design for my e-commerce site. I am using ABANTE shopping Cart. You are to create and install the design to the site as well as minor cosmetic configuration. You are to also create 5 banners for the site. The wordings will be decided at a later stage. I also have some photos for you to photoshop seperately. I will not pay any $ upfront. If you do not agree or have your own terms, please go elsewhere. I have a legitimate business so if you dont feel secure then just go elsewhere. I do not and will not pay anybody in advance until everything is completed. Trust me, you will not regret working with me. I cannot tolerate any designers asking for payment in advance. I will reward you with bonus if everything is done perfect.
