Contact & Project Management System for IPAD & IPhone

I would like a Project and Contact Management system for IPAD, IPHONE, Andorid and Windows based products. The system should be able to have all information relating to projects being worked on. - Customer details -Project Details -Product being used - the ability for administrator to add or delete products -Amount of products being used and the unit rate and total value -Total value of the project, broken down by product groups -Full calendar application, with past and future appointments with a future and past task report -Full detailed reports on the following, Projects won/lost Projects pending Product forecast Customer database Customer sector type report - The system must be able to have mutiple winows or input screens running at once, so that the user can have for instance, Calendar, Project and Customer contact details all open at once. -The system should also to be able to send and receive emails, work with access, excel and word and also be able to view pdf's. -The project input screen should also detail the following, Project name Project sector type If a rebate is payable Market segment - Alteration, Extension, New Build or Refurb Stage of project, again the administrator must be allowed to input multiple choices. Source of the project, as above for administrator rights The User name of the person inputting the data. All areas, Customer, Calendar & Project must link together, so that if you are in any of the Customer or Project views, the relevant customer and project details will be displayed so the user doesn't have to search for projects seperatley to the customer details. I would like the system to be accessed from websites as well with a secure log in for customers and also as independant systems on different platforms. A free version should be available which will give 250 customers and 100 projects, but limited reports will be produced, a full version will be available on a paid basis.
