CPA leads for my adult website

I am a PSO. I started a website to pull in more customers. Customers can place a call, buy a membership or read the erotic blog on the website. I am looking for customers that are either paying for a membership or placing a call. I am paying $2.50 per membership purchased and $5.00 per call placed. If a person places a call and only talks for the free 3 minutes you will only be paid $1. Pay would be made bi-weekly (because I get paid bi-weekly) through PayPal. You can do this job for as long as you like. I am looking for REAL customers only! NO multiple signups NO Bots NO automatic signup software I am only looking for someone serious about this position. So if that IS you please submit a proposal. You don't need prior experience just say how you plan to get the leads.
