Complete Database on MathTutor Project

Hello Folks, This project is for Jabaz only as it is a continuation of a previous project. Previously, we had set up a database to record student scores when doing the Auto Mode on the Grade 1 math tutor project. Students log in with their username and password and take the AutoMode Test. This test (done in Flash AS3), has students answer 10 "Review" math problems. When a 3rd mistake is made the test stops and the student then begins what is called the Normal Mode testing sequence which gives more practice on each type of problem. The database shows results including which skill the 3rd mistake was made and also more information about the test including time taken doing the test. The attached screen shot shows the database layout and information sent to the database. I would like to get the database working again so we can view the screen shot for all students. Thanks!
