To be honest I am new as freelancer but I think I can help you to acomplish this task, I have been working with Ado connection and also with Entity Framework, When I develop I try to create clean code so you will be able to understand pretty well what the code do. If you want I can place a few comments so it will be more easy for you. also I know about dependency segregation, Linq, so you can be sure that you wont get spaghetti code. I think your task can be acomplish fast if we use Jquery to load data in cascade for comboboxes using ajax, so this way the view dont have to load all data at once. Also we can upload images using ajax.
