Combine two databases

I have two MSSQL Server 2005 databases (see attached [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to reference table structures). > db1: is a database of restaurants (no menus) ??" 500K records > db2: is a database of restaurants with menus ??" 150K records NOTE: Most, if not all restaurants in db2 are in db1. I need to: a. Import all tables from db2 into db1 b. Associate the restaurants in db1 with the restaurant menus of the imported tables from db2 (see db1 table: mwhh_RestaurantMenu). LOGIC: How to associate the restaurants in db1 with the restaurant menus in db2: Go through each restaurant in db2 and check if there is a match in db1 (phone and zip = match): > If there is a match: insert relationship in mwhh_restaurantMenu table > If there is no match: insert the restaurant and then insert the relationship in mwhh_restaurantMenu table Deliverables from winning Bidder: > detailed instructions on the best way to import all tables from db2 into db1 without losing referential integrity (using dts or some other method) > an optimized SQL script to that combine those records using the logic stated above NOTE: > db1 has over 500K records > db2 has over 150K records > I will be dropping the mwhh_AllMenusRestaurant and mwhh_AllMenusRestaurantMenu tables after your script has run Please place your best bid as I would like to get started on this as soon as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
