Dear employer: The test you want to perform (paired t-test) are subject to certain asssumptions (normallity of data). In some cases, we have a large samples so we can "ignore" them. But in your data set, there are less than 30 sample units, so if we can't assume normallity, we can´t trust in the t-test statistically speaking. I propose to you doing a previous analysis in which I can tell you if the normallity assumption is reliable, and if not, I suggest to do non parametrical tests.
