Achieve Top 5 Google Rankings for Horse Racing Site

I require an expert in Google SEO and web promotion to achieve top 5 Google ranking for 5 keywords that will be agreed following keyword analysis. The site is related to UK horse racing and gambling. The full scope of the project is as follows: Analyse my site Decide on keywords that will deliver the greatest volume of targeted traffic from a top 5 Google ranking. Deliver the top 5 ranking (I assume this will be by suggesting changes to my site and gathering relevant links to the site) When bidding please include the following or your bid will not be considered: How long will it take to achieve a top 5 ranking?
