Can you Spin some articles and submit to article sites?

Spin and rewrite 25 articles which will be provided and submit to article sites using specific keywords (in same percentage as original article) as indicated, creating quality back links to new website. Must have good English skills and be able to maintain quality of articles submitted for publication - under my name as author. Must provide log of articles submitted to each site, I will provide login info for specific sites. I will need to proof all articles before submission. Need to have 100 quality articles submitted to article sites in appropriate category. 4 articles will be provided immediatly. (these must be re-written before submission). Will provide minimum of 1 new article each day - also to be re-written and submitted to requested article sites. [each article will need to be re-written to create 4 new articles]. My need is to have this project completed in 30 days.
