This is phase 1 of the project- 1. Use Spree ecomm package that is open-source 2. Convert it into a website that allows used book sales and exchange facility 3. Just like any e-comm site - people and buy and sell books they have 4. Do this is 2-3 phases. Phase 1 success will lead to phase 2. 5. Phase 1 includes the basics - sell a book feature and buy a book feature. You would only need to modify Spree's codes and views to get to this. Note - if you like some other open source package you may use that.
