I would like to do an in depth qualitative analysis of this study. First, I will systematically find key factors to the success and failure of companies regarding customer service. I will cross analyze this using algorithmic data. The data will then be used to create a report on not only why these companies are successful but why the same pattern shows up. All articles used will be peer reviewed or scholarly.
