Create 3D renderings and video animation

Use floorplan to create 3D renderings and architectural visualisations for a portion of our new office space. Some creativity is required as you will need to add desks, people, computers, printers (high speed) and other items in a work environment. The square footage of the space requiring rendering is approx 1000 square feet. The final project should have renderings of each room/office and a video animation. Also, create video animation of the new space as well as video animation traveling from the court house location to our new office. The court house is The United States International Trade Commission; office address is 400 Virginia Ave., SW - Washington, DC
