Convert simple Excel sheet into python with clean graphics.

I have an excel spreadsheet I need converted into a python program that has a clean graphic layout. In a nutshell I need to be able to adjust a few inputs (the parts in yellow) to determine the maximum purchase price. asthetics are important as it needs to have a clean simple feel.
