I have worked with Safaricom Limited in the call center department and as a Mpesa Operations Analyst and have been here since April 2010. I have closed sales and an excellent negotiator. I am determined, commited and have all the competencies required. Within my stay in Safaricom I have handled several tasks related to customer focus as well as assisting in planning of roll-out services eg M-shwari activations.
