We provide food safety training courses in various states across the county. We need help submitting applications for our food handler program to various State, County, and city governments. This project is a test and will be restricted to an application to the State of Utah. The project will require you to take our course to ensure that we meet the requirements of the state and report back with any deficiencies so that we can update our program to meet the states requirements and then to work with us through the application process until we are approved. I have attached a copy of the application and various other supporting documents relating to the State of Utah application.
