Creative Web Design Solar Install Company

We are a new Solar installation company in Central California. We had someone start our web page [login to view URL], but they flaked out on us and we need a real pro to help us have a stunning web page. Our biggest competition is [login to view URL] and we have to look better than him. We are looking for someone who we can build a relationship with and later hire hourly (through vworker of course) to help maintain the site. We would like someone with creative ideas to helps create an interactive environment that keeps people engaged without estimating pricing. Our goal is to focus our marketing towards driving people to the website, so capturing leads is very important. Some knowledge of the solar industry would be great, but an understanding of the construction trades would be helpful. I also plan to post a project for content, but I would like to hire the designer first to have their input on how that post should be phrased. I need someone who has no problem working with people who are unfamiliar with your industry terminology, and can communicate with us in layman's terms. ## Deliverables I would like the site to be functioning by 12/15/2010.
