Android GPS tracker and Live Locater

1. Track one android user from another android user:- Able to track a remote cell's position through GPS and display that cell's position on the google map of the user's phone with continuous updation of the remote cell's postion. 2. Ability to track a user's current location and correpondingly changing the mode of the [login to view URL] example- On entering a college campus, the cell's mode should be turned to silent. And sending a corresponding message to the user regarding the change in cell's mode. 3. Storing remote cell's positions into a database at a remote server in order to maintain a complete track of the user.
