Access: question bank

1. Should be easily adaptable -I want to be able to change how many questions there will be in the test, one person is asked 10 question, another 50, and yet another 76. 2. I want to be able to add, delete, update questions at ease. ie. a form that I can use to scroll through or bring up so I can type new questions in, delete, or update easily. 3. Format for the questions should look like the below. 1. In what year did we land on the moon? a. 1969 b. 1987 c. 2003 d. never There will always be A, B, C, and D choices... no more no less 4. I would like to have the ability to enter 200 to 300 or more questions if I want 5. I would like the user who is taking the test to be able to enter their name at the beginning and then click a start test button. 6. At the end of the test I would like the score to be presented ie 50 of 50 correct 100% 7. I would also like the data to be stored 8. The user or person taking the test needs to be able to click on an answer... button or whatever, then click next for the next question. If they wanted to go back and change an answer they could. Basically I want the tester to be able to navigate through the test. At the end of the test... last question... there would be an option to click... grade test... Basically I want to use this project to enter my own questions in for my employees, be able to change the questions and possible answers, have the test graded and recorded. I am open to suggestions and I am not set on anything, so things can change. if you see something that is a good suggestion please let me know... I will award those that make the extra effort.
